Feather Field Estates

Web Design & Design System
Challenge
I was tasked with designing a responsive landing page for the high-end property managers at Feather Field Estates, as well as developing a design system and brand guide for the site.

Although Feather Field Estates already has property listings on booking sites such as Airbnb, they asked for a landing page in order to increase the searchability of their properties.
My Role in the Team
As the UI/UX Designer, I created the responsive site design, site logo, and design system in Figma. I also selected branding elements including colors and typography and developed a high-fidelity prototype in Figma. For this project, I worked with one senior engineer.
User Profile
The users of this site are travelers who are visiting San Francisco short-term for work or pleasure and prefer high-end stays.
User Journey
A typical user would discover this landing page through a search engine, and read more about the properties before deciding to book a stay. At this point, they would be directed to the Airbnb or Booking.com property listing to see available dates and complete the transaction.
Design System
FIGMA
Below is the design system that I created for Feather Field Estates, including colors, typography, button styles (with interaction states), a navigation bar at different screen sizes, and a custom-designed logo.
Final Homepage Design
WORDPRESS
Below is a screenshot of the website's final homepage design. I designed the homepage's layout, selected and arranged visual assets, and wrote all the copy, while staying within For ClimateTech's brand guidelines and WCAG accessibility guidelines. The full, live website is available here.
